Project Duration/Completion: Completed September 2015
Three Phase interior renovation project to expand the existing C.T. department to accommodate a new Toshiba Aquilion Vision CT Scanner system and a new Aquilion One CT Scanner including the build out of new equipment rooms, shared control room, change rooms and patient prep area.
Phase one scope of work included renovations to re-configure / repurpose rooms within the existing D.I. department as required to fit-up four Ultrasound suites c/w partition walls, additional doors, new casework (With integral sinks) T-bar ceiling modifications, new paint, electrical reconfiguration and air balancing.
Phase two scope of work included demolishing existing Ultrasound rooms including wall finishes ceilings, flooring, casework electrical and mechanical services. Construction fit up of a C.T. imaging suite, equipment room and control room including partition walls, structural re-enforcement of the slab lead radiation protection system, new ceilings, skylight feature with image, casework, Mechanical (Plumbing, sprinklers, HVAC, med-Gas, controls), Electrical including power distribution, lighting, F/A voice & Data.
