Description:

 

• This project was a Construction Management Project with Design/Build Elements. The project consisted of the development of about 11,300 square feet of vacated existing commercial space to accommodate a high end private diagnostic health centre.

 

• The new Diagnostic Health Centre included 2 MRI suites, 1 Catscan suite, 2 flouroscopy suites, 6 ultrasound suites, multiple patient preparation areas, doctors exam and private offices, change rooms, bathrooms, a new full height operating glass front entrance, and state of the art reception area, etc. with complete back of house services. 

 

• The project included for complete electrical upgrades including a new street electrical service upgrade and mechanical AHU’s and Chiller systems.

 

• The project included for radiation protection systems, RF Shielding systems and a proprietary chiller system for the MRI Equipment.

 

• The Client requested a fast track project schedule and the project was ready for first patient in 5 months.
